Our personality is made up of parts, these parts are called our Resources. We can have part that want’s to exercise and a part that wants to watch tv. Both of these Resources have value to support us, yet may be in conflict internally at times. We can have a part that creates behaviours or feelings caused by past trauma, which prevents us from living a healthy, fulfilling life.

How does Resource Therapy help resolve emotional distress?

In Resource Therapy, we work directly with the part experiencing emotional distress, unwanted behaviours, rumination, addictive processes or PTSD. Utilising easily learned practical steps designed to deal with the root cause of the issue. This means we see a REAL change in core trauma event.
